Security deposit capped at 1.5 months rent (RTA s. 4). Must be returned with interest within 7 days of tenancy end.
Rent Increases
No rent control in New Brunswick. Landlord must provide 3 months written notice of any rent increase.

- Illegal use of premises
- Endangering others
